Dear Sir, or Madam

After my studies I wanted to go to VIE in order to gain professional experience abroad, to discover and open up to a new culture and master a foreign language.

Since the beginning of November 2020, I have been on an international voluntary mission in Barcelona within the consulting company Audensiel Technologie as a "recruiting talent acquisition". I am the assistant to the business manager of the digital entity as a recruiter. My activity consists of finding the best candidates on different job boards and promoting their integration into the company. I am also in charge of creating and distributing job advertisements.

The job of recruiting is not linked to my studies and will be a professional springboard for me. Indeed, it is an opportunity to discover this sector of human resources since it requires a good analytical mind, a psychological sense as well as listening to clients and candidates. I find it very formative, especially at the start of my career. I gained a better understanding of recruiter's offers, developed my professional network, my sense of contact and communication.

I have a master's degree in "Events and Press Relations / Public relations ". I did it at ECS, European Communication School, in Paris on a work-study basis. This allowed me to combine theory and practice within the company. During my two years of master's degree I worked at SMABTP (leading insurer French) in the public works building as a marketing and events study manager. My missions were to organize trade fairs, general meetings and various thematic tours. In addition to this event part, I was also in charge of marketing actions such as updating commercial brochures, their redesigns and loyalty. I participated in the development of a popup card to thank the members of the business market. The positive results made it possible to renew it the following year and to duplicate it on all markets (MOE, MOA, Craftsmen, etc.) by including a welcome booklet.

These years of work-study experience and VIE have enabled me to acquire a precision in the management of my projects. I had to learn to organize myself to cope with the demands of business and school life. I gained maturity, autonomy and self-confidence.

I enjoy living abroad and I am motivated to continue this experience. However, I would like to return to my core business: marketing, communication and events. Integrating your organization will be a way for me to achieve my job in an international environment and to progress in my career.

I am an organized, voluntary, rigorous, open person, loving group work, I know I am easily adaptable thanks to my good interpersonal skills and my sense of observation. All of these skills will be assets for your business.

Before starting my graduate studies, I integrated a marine military preparation. It was a very strong human experience. I experienced surpassing oneself and discovered an institution where there is a spirit of cohesion and teamwork which are essential values for me. I realize how much this training marked me and still serves me in my personal and professional life.
